摘要
放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的三大手段(手术、放疗、化疗)之一,在整个治疗过程中,涉及到频繁的数据交换,因此,数据的安全和高效传输对保证治疗效果具有重要意义。基于此,美国放射学会和全美电子厂商联合会联合建立了DICOMRT标准来规范放射治疗过程中的信息交换,使不同放疗设备及不同放疗系统之间的信息交换、传输更加高效和准确。DICOMRT一共定义了七个信息对象,在放疗系统信息交换中起着举足轻重的作用。讨论DICOM RT的内容;对国内外放疗技术的发展状况进行综诉;并对DICOM RT未来的展望。
： Radiotherapy is one of the three significant approaches （surgery, Radiotherapy and chemical therapy） in the malignant tumor treatment, and it involves frequent data exchange in the whole process of therapy, therefore, a safe and highly efficient transmission mode is essential to the therapeutic quality. DICOM RT, a specific information transfer standard established by ACR and NEMA for the normative transmission of data in radiotherapy treatment area, and it makes the information exchange and transmission more efficient and accurate between different radiotherapy equipments and radiotherapy systems. DICOM RT defines 7 IODs which make great contributions to the information exchange of radiotherapy system. In this passage, firstly, we will discuss the basic contents of DICOM RT, then, we will summarize the development status of radiotherapy in domestic and foreign countries, finally, we will look into the future of DICOM RT.
