摘要
目的:设计一种可借鉴推广的构建模式,为数字化医院建设提供可复制的模式方法。方法:分析我国数字化医院建设及应用中存在的问题,针对问题根源提出现阶段数字化医院的建设目标,依据目标设计可推广的数字化医院构建模式。结果:设计了数字化医院构建模式,按照数字化基础平台、数字化门诊、数字化辅诊、数字化病区、数字化区域医疗及数字化管理六大平台进行构建,并在广州军区武汉总医院进行了实证建设。结论:所设计的数字化医院构建模式科学高效、实用性强、推广性强,在实证研究中达到了建设的预期目标,促进了医院管理水平、医疗质量、社会经济效益的显著提高与医院建设的全面发展。
Objective：To design an propagable digital hospital construction mode, provide an reproductive method of digital hospital construction. Methods： Existent problems of digital hospital construction and application in our country were analysed, project of digital hospital construction currently was brought out in allusion to springhead of these problems, propagable digital hospital construction mode was designed according to the project. Results： Digital hospital construction mode was designed, which include digital platform, digital outpatient, digital auxiliary, digital ward, digital territorial medical and digital management, and was constructed demonstratively in Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command. Conclusion： Digital hospital construction mode is scientific and efficient,which has corking practicability and propagability, advanced level of management, medical quality and economy evidently, promoted comprehensive development of hospital.
