职业院校“2+1”模式学生院外实训管理探讨

摘要 "2+1"人才培养模式是目前众多高职院校采用的加强实践教学的人才培养模式之一。在为期一年的院外实训中,学生们需要同时扮演"学生"和"社会人"两个角色,这种特殊的角色体验是培养学生综合能力的主要途径,但院外实训脱离学校的常规管体系,不可避免的衍生出诸多管理问题,所以要针对其问题所在,完善实践教学管理体系,加强实践教学的运行、考核、保障体系建设等方面的管理。 Practice teaching is one of the most important aspects of the connotation construction of voca- tional colleges, and vocational colleges "2 + 1" training mode well echo the training goal of "teaching", in the one -year training outside school, students need to play the roles of both "students" and "social people" at the same time, the special role experience is key to cultivating students' comprehensive ability, but at the same time is also the weakness of teaching management. The work place training which is not in the conventional school management, is very likely to occur some problems. So to solve we must the problem, improve the practice teaching management system, strengthen the practice teaching of writing, operation, evaluation and management of security system construction, etc.
