摘要
本文论述了校内生产性实训的内涵,结合深圳职业技术学院的实践,提出校内生产性实训基地建设应做到:教学内容与岗位核心能力要求直通、实践教学与企业生产直通、课程考核与职业技能考证直通、实习与顶岗就业直通,对校内生产性实训基地运行的动力机制、保障机制、控制机制和创新机制进行了论证和分析。
This paper elaborates the essence of production-oriented on-campus training. It is held, based upon the practice in Shenzhen Polytechnic, that the development of production-oriented on-campus training bases should directly connect teaching content with core competencies of job requirements, practice-oriented teaching with enterprise operation, course assessment with vocational skills certification, and internships with in-post employment. It thus demonstrates and analyzes the driving force, guarantee, control and innovative mechanisms in the operation of production-oriented training bases.
