:阐述不确定度新概念的特点及与传统误差的区别 ,讨论了两类不确定度可以合成以及合成标准不确定度时有关置信概率不能传递等问题。
This article discussed the characters of new conception of uncertainty and its difference from the traditional error. The two kinds of uncertainty can be combined and the belief approximations in the combination can not be transmitted.
