摘要
针对目前国内pH计体积大、精度不高的现状,文中设计了一种基于专门为pH计设计的可编程模拟前端TMP91200的便携式pH计。在深入研究电位法测试pH原理的基础上,研制了基于TMP91200的具有自动温度补偿,可存储数据的低功耗、高精度的便携式pH计。系统采用模块化设计来提高pH计的可靠性,每一功能模块都本着低功耗、高精度的设计思路,使整个系统实现了高精度与低功耗的结合。实验结果表明,这款便携式pH计精度已经达到±0.02 pH.
To counter the condition of bulky and inaccuracy, this paper designed a portable pH meter, based on a programmable analog front end which specifically for pH meter TMP91200. After deeply analyzing the principle for measuring pH with potenti- ometry, the paper presentd a low-power-consumption and high-precision portable pH meter which based on TMP91200, having func- tions of automatic temperature compersation and data storage. The system used the modularizing design to improve the reliability of the pH meter. Every functional module adopted low-power-consumption and high-precision design which made the whole system to achieve the perfect combination of low-power-consumption and high-precision. The laboratorial experiment results show that this portable pH meter' s precision is 0. 02 pH.
