摘要
通过真空热压烧结的方式制备Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb/62%BaF2-38%CaF2自润滑TiAl基复合材料。研究不同转速、不同载荷对该自润滑TiAl基复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率的影响。研究表明:在一定的转速条件下,Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb/62%BaF2-38%CaF2复合材料的摩擦系数及磨损率随载荷的增加而降低;在一定的载荷条件下,其磨擦系数及磨损率随着转速的升高而降低。
A kind of Ti-48A1-2Cr-2Nb/62%BaF2-38%CaF2 seff-lubfieation composite is prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering. The friction and wear behaviors of self-lubrication composite are researched in diffel^nt rotation speed and load conditions. Studies sbew that the friction coeffieient amt wear rate decrease with the ire'tease of the load in the same rotating speed, and also the friclion coefficient and wear rate decline when the rotation speed increases in the same load conditions.
