摘要
采用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等,对我国高校大学生体能弱势群体产生的原因以及体育教学干预措施进行研究与分析,旨在为促进高校体能弱势学生身心全面发展及高校体育课程改革的深化提供理论参考。研究结果:影响大学生体能弱势的主要因素是锻炼习惯、意志品质、体育认知、教师素质、体育课程和学习环境。提出体育教学干预措施:加强体育认知教育;制定运动处方教学;实施差异化教学;体验成功教学;设定目标教学;资源保障教学。
Literature,surveys,interviews,Research and analysis,the cause of China's college students physical vulnerable groups as well as sports teaching interventions designed to provide theoretical references for the promotion of college physical disadvantaged students CCDS and the deepening of reform of PE Course.Results:The main factors affecting college students physical weakness exercise habits; quality of will;sports cognition ; quality of teachers lphysical education curriculum and learning environment. Physical Education interventions mainly to strengthen sports cognitive Education; develop exercise teaching; implementation of differentiated instruction tsuccessful experience of teaching sset the goal of teaching ; resources and support teaching.
