摘要
本文以天津工业大学为例,对普通高校学生晨练的效果进行了系统分析,认为进行晨练活动之后,学生的体质健康状况有了一定程度的改善,学生健康良好的生活方式也正在逐渐养成,但目前学生参与晨练的主动性很低,晨练的组织形式单一,可持续性不强。针对这些问题,提出了一些可供参考的建议,以期能使普通高校的学生晨练活动取得更好的成效。
In this paper,by analyzing samples of students and teachers,we concluded that although students' physical health had some degree of improvement and their healthy lifestyle was gradually developping,there are still some problems in students' morning exercise,such as the low initiative,the single organization and the weak sustainability.And to solve these problems,I made several recommendations for reference,so that we can get more better results in students' morning exercise.
