摘要
通过新疆已建和在建的10余座浇筑式沥青混凝土心墙坝心墙浇筑式沥青混凝土配合比试验和现场浇筑实践发现,当采用标号较高的沥青(如克拉玛依70号(A)级、90号(A)级沥青)时,沥青含量可略低于现行《土石坝沥青混凝土面板和心墙设计规范》的下限值9%;在进行马歇尔试验时,现行《水工沥青混凝土试验规程》中所规定的试验温度及试件制备方法不适用于浇筑式沥青混凝土。通过试验发现:采用静压法制备试件、试验温度取20℃更适合浇筑式沥青混凝土的施工特点和物理特性;在施工过程中,须严格控制浇筑式沥青混凝土的配合比,否则会出现蜂窝麻面的现象,为工程埋下安全隐患。
Through the cast asphalt concrete mix ratio test and on-site pouring practice of the cast asphalt concrete core wall for more than 10 built dams and constructing dams, it is found that asphalt content can be 9% lower than the lower limit value stipulated by Asphalt Concrete Core Wall of Rockfill Dam and Panel Design Specifications when adopting high grade asphalt ( such as Karamay No. 70 (A) , No. 90 (A) asphalt. The test temperature and specimen preparation method in the existing Code of Geotechnical Concrete Testing are not suitable for cast asphalt concrete when conducting Marshall's test. The test indicates that the specimen prepared by static pressure method at 20~C test tem- perature is more suitable for the construction of cast asphalt concrete and its physical properties. The cast asphalt concrete mix ratio must be controlled strictly, otherwise voids and pits may occur and leave the hidden safety trouble for the construction.
