摘要
头孢曲松钠上市已逾30年,至今仍是临床最常用的抗菌药物之一,尤其在门、急诊注射给药的抗菌治疗中较常用。2009年,我国将头孢曲松钠列为第三代头孢菌素类药物中的第一个基本药物。为进一步规范头孢曲松钠的临床应用,本文就近10年来国内、外有关头孢曲松钠的文献报道作一总结介绍。
Ceftriaxone sodium appeared on the market for more than 30 years, and is still a most common antimierobial agent used in the clinic, which is especially used for the parental antimicrobial therapy in the outpatient and emergent departments. In 2009, ceftriaxone sodium was classified as the first national essential drug of third-generation cephalosporins. In order to further standardize the clinical application, this article comprehensively introduces the reported literatures of ceftriaxone sodium at home and abroad in last ten years.
