利用香根草吸收水体底泥中重金属Cu的效能分析 被引量:4

摘要 该文以香根草为试验研究对象,采用人工模拟底泥重金属Cu浓度,研究了香根草对重金属Cu的吸收状况,以及重金属Cu的浓度对香根草生长的影响。结果表明:香根草在底泥重金属Cu浓度为20,50,100 mg/kg时,均具有较好的耐性,且对Cu2+的吸收效果较好。随着底泥中Cu浓度的升高,香根草的生长受到抑制,具体表现在植株的鲜重减少,总叶绿素含量减少,丙二醛含量增加。当Cu浓度为100 mg/kg时,香根草叶部吸收的Cu含量为19.820 mg/kgFW,根部吸收的Cu含量为125.075 mg/kgFW。 The absorption of heavy metal Cu2+ by vetiveria zizanioides was studied by the method of artificial sediment. The effect of Cu2+ concentration on biomass of vetiveria zizanioides was also investigated. The results showed that vetiveria zizanioides had the better adaptation tolerance and absorption effect to Cu when the concentration of Cu in sediment was 20, 50, 100 mg/kg. With the increase of Cu2+ concentration, the growth of vetiveria zizanioides was inhibited, fresh weight (FW) and total contents of chlorophyll were reduced, the contents of malonic dialdehyde(MDA)was increased. The contents of Cu in leaves and roots were 19.820 mg/kg FW and 125.075 mg/kgFW respectively, at Cu2+ concentration of 100 mg/kg.
