摘要
目的:建立喉咽清口服液中齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Hibar C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸(34:66)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长为203 nm。结果:齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在0.146～4.848μg(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.62%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便,准确,为该制剂质量标准的建立提供一定的参考。
Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Houyanqing oral liquids.Method：The analysis was performed on a Hibar C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid（34：66）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Result; The linear range of oleanolic acid-28-0-β-D-glucopyranoside was 0.146-4.848μg（r = 1.000 0）,and the average recovery was 98.86%（RSD = 1.62%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,and can provide the reference for the establishment of the quality standards.
