摘要
管线的柔性分析是管线设计中一项非常重要的内容,直接关系到管道自身及其相连的机器、设备、支撑的安全。近年来管线的布置日益复杂,设计压力不断增大,管线柔性分析工作的工作量和重要性更明显增加。本文以具体的FPSO(浮式生产储油装置)为例,给出了FPSO管线柔性分析中需要考虑的问题,并分析其生产管汇模块中管系所受的各种载荷,将参数输入到CAESAR Ⅱ中,通过软件求解模型在各种工况下的应力、位移、对支撑的反作用力,具体说明CAESAR Ⅱ在FPSO管道柔性分析中的应用。
Piping flexibility analysis is an important part in piping design,and relates to the security of the pipe and related machines,equipments and supports.In recent years,with piping layout became more and more complex as well as design pressure became higher,the workload and significance of piping flexibility analysis observably increase.In this paper,taking an idiographic Floating Production Storage and Offloading（FPSO） as the example,some problems in piping flexibility analysis were put forward,various loads of the piping were analyzed,and parameters were loaded into CAESAR II,then stress,displacement and counterforce of support were calculated by CAESAR Ⅱ.
