羧基磁性高分子微球合成工艺的优化

摘要 通过分散聚合法合成羧基磁性高分子微球,考察了丙烯酸用量、过氧化苯甲酰用量、无水乙醇与水的体积比及反应温度对合成的磁性高分子微球表面羧基含量的影响。结果表明,当Fe3O4-KH-570用量为0.5 g、在丙烯酸用量为1.0 g、过氧化苯甲酰用量为2.0 g、无水乙醇与水的体积比为55∶45及反应温度75℃等最佳反应条件下,磁性高分子微球的表面羧基量达0.505 8 mmol/g。运用红外光谱(FT-IR)对优化后的合成产物进行了表征。 Magnetic polymer microspheres with surface carboxyl groups were synthesized by using dispersion polymerization method.The influence of acrylic acid amount,benzoperoxide amount,volume ratio of absolute alcohol and distilled water,reaction temperature on the surface carboxyl number of magnetic polymer microspheres was investigated.The results show that when amount of Fe3O4-KH-570 is 0.5 g,amount of acrylic acid is 1.0 g,amount of benzoperoxide is 2.0 g,the volume ratio of absolute alcohol and distilled water is 55∶45,the reaction temperature is 75 ℃,the surface carboxyl number of synthesized magnetic polymer microspheres can reach to 0.505 8 mmol/g.At last,chemical structure of the product was characterized by IR.
