摘要
21世纪我国地下空间开发利用将进入大规模发展期,综合利用地质环境资源,避免城市地质环境问题的影响和危害已成为全社会关注的焦点之一。本文总结了国内外城市地下空间开发利用状况,全面探讨了各类城市地下空间开发利用特征,系统分析了地下空间开发利用所致的地质环境效应及其对城市建设和工程建筑的危害,并提出了针对城市化建设、海洋经济发展的城市地下空间开发利用地质环境效应防治对策。
The utilization of underground space will step into a large-scale development period in 21st century in China. Utilizing geological environment resources integrally and avoiding the influence of urban environment geological problems and harms has become the focus to the whole society. The situation about urban underground space development and utilization at home and abroad is summarized in this paper and the characteristics of the urban underground space development and utilization is discussed. The geological environment effected by underground space development and utilization and the incurred harms to engineering construction is analyzed systematically. The prevention measures for the geological environmental effect from underground space utilization in the urbanization and marine economic development process is proposed.
