北京调度所是北京局客货运输生产调度指挥中心。调度所的搬迁工程是与铁路行车调度指挥安全直接相关,影响范围广,时间要求紧,施工难度大。介绍了北京调度所通信专业搬迁实施方案及实施过程中的一些经验体会。
Beijing traffic control center is the dispatching command center for passengers and freights transportation of Beijing Railway Administration. The implementation of the relocation project of the traf- fic control center is a major construction directly related to the safety of railway traffic control, which in- volves wide-range factors has very tight deadline and great difficulties in construction. We introduce the relocation scheme of the communication system of Beijing traffic control center and summarize some expe- riences in the process of implementation.
