摘要
以氧化钇、氧化铈和磷酸二氢铵为反应原料,采用固相法合成了YPO4:Ce3+,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和光谱仪等手段对合成材料的结构、形貌及发光特性进行表征。结果表明:样品结晶良好,为四方晶系YPO4;形貌完整,粒度分布均匀;发射光谱呈现Ce3+的特征发射峰,最强峰为354nm的紫外发射峰;最佳Ce3+的掺杂量为10mol%。
YPO4: Ce^3+ was successfully synthesized by a solid phase method using Y2O3, CeO2 and NH4H2PO4. The crystal structure and morphology of the products and their photoluminescence were characterized by XRD, SEM and spectrometer. The as-prepared YPO4: Ce^3+ powders consist of homogeneous particles with tetragonal YPO4. In SEM analysis, the powders were highly crystalline. The luminescent measurements revealed the characteristic emission corresponding to Ce^3+ and the strongest spectra was 354nm. The optimum doping amount of Ce^3+ was 10mol%.
