摘要
目的 探讨心理护理对骨科患者疼痛的影响.方法 将骨科疼痛患者58例按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各29例,治疗过程中对照组有1例脱落的病例.对照组给予一般常规护理,治疗组除常规护理外,给予心理护理.采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价患者疼痛情况,并比较两组患者满意度.结果 心理护理前治疗组患者VAS评分为（4.06±1.51）分,对照组为（3.96±1.49）分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（t=3.11,P＞0.05）；心理护理后治疗组患者VAS评分为（2.10±1.66）分,对照组为（3.78±1.74）分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（t=5.78,P＜0.05）；对照组患者满意度为82.8％,治疗组为100.0％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（x^2=13.45,P ＜0.01）.结论 心理护理能有效减轻患者疼痛的程度,增加患者对治疗的满意度,有利于病情的好转.
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on relieving pain for orthopedics patients.Methods A total of 58 orthopedics patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 29 cases.There was one case off in the control group during treatment.The control group received conventional nursing while the treatment group received psychological nursing in addition.Results Before psychological nursing,VAS score was （4.06 ± 1.51） in the treatment group and （3.96 ±1.49） in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant （t =3.11,P 〉 0.05）.After psychological nursing,VAS score was （2.10 ± 1.66） in the treatment group and （3.78 ± 1.74） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =5.78,P 〈 0.05）.Patients＇ satisfaction was 82.8% in the control group and 100% in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant （x^2 =13.45,P 〈0.01）.Conclusions Psychological nursing can effectively relieve pain for orthopedics patients and increase their satisfaction with treatment,which is conducive for their improvement.
