摘要
目的:探讨门诊护士与病人沟通的方法和技巧。方法:在护理工作中,通过注重第一印象和心里素质的培养,采取不同形式沟通技巧及方法的训练,加强护患有效沟通,不仅能提高信任度,减少护患矛盾,提高护理质量,使门诊护士真正起到医院窗口的作用。结果:护患沟通技巧存在于整个护理过程之中,有效的沟通能增进护患间的相互理解,满足患者的心理护理需求,能取得更好的治疗效果。结论:有效的护患沟通能建立良好的护患关系,增加病人对护士的信任,从而使病人达到积极主动配合治疗、恢复健康的目的,起到药物无法起到的作用。
Objective: To explore the methods and techniques of outpatient nurses communicate with patients. Methods: nursing, by focusing on the cultivation of first impression and heart qualities, to take a different form of communication skills and methods of training, strengthen care, suffering from effective communication can not only enhance trust, reduce the contradiction between nurses and patients, to improve quality of care the outpatient nurses really play the role of the hospital window. Results: nurse - patient communication skills exist in the entire nursing process, effective communication can enhance mutual understanding between the nurses and patients to meet the demand for psychological care of patients can achieve a better therapeutic effect. Conclusions:good nurse - patient communication can shorten the distance of the nurse - patient to improve the quality of care, to prevent and reduce medical disputes, to play a drug can not play the role of the patient to actively cooperate with treatment, the purpose of restoring health.
