摘要
通过分析大学生农村就业意愿的影响因素,将大学生向农村流动系统分为农村经济发展子系统、大学生农村就业子系统和农村资源环境子系统,运用系统动力学(SD)的方法对其进行仿真建模,通过绘制各子系统的内部结构流图,对子系统内各要素进行分析,为构建"高校-农村"人才流动系统的系统流图,及下一步的计算机仿真分析奠定基础。
Based on the analysis of factor affecting graduates rural employment will,the talent flow system that students flow to the rural was divided into rural economical development subsystem,rural employment subsystem of college students and rural resources and environment subsystem.Simulating model was built based on SD(system dynamics) method while the internal structural flow diagram was drawn for different subsystem.Detailed analysis and research was conducted for various internal factors of the subsystems,in order to provide a theoretical basis for building the system flow diagram of the rural flow of college students and computer simulation.
