常见的特殊类型上消化道出血性疾病

导出

摘要上消化道出血的最常见病因是消化性溃疡、肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂、急性胃黏膜损害和胃癌等，此外，常见的病因还有门脉高压性胃病、肝源性溃疡、食管贲门黏膜撕裂综合征、Dieulafoy病等几种特殊类型。本文就上述几种常见特殊类型的上消化道出血性疾病进行综合介绍。
