摘要
物流业的发展推动了社会经济的发展,成为社会经济发展的重要组成部分,然而物流业在发展过程中也遇到了各种风险,如何防范?就此根据物流企业运营过程中所面临的各种风险进行了分析,并运用风险坐标图方法进行风险评价,确定各物流营运风险管理的优先顺序和策略,提出了各类风险控制和转移的防范措施。
The logistics industry development promotes social and economic development,and becomes its important component. However,the logistics industry has encountered a variety of risks in its development course;how to prevent it? Therefore,this paper analyzes the various risks of logistics businesses in its operations and evaluate the risks by employing the method of R-map and determine the priorities and strategies of operational risk management in logistics;then,preventive measures for various risk control and transfer will be proposed.
