Construction Sequence Optimization in Suspenders and Temporary Supports of an Arch Bridge with Outward Inclined Ribs

摘要 江西省南昌市艾溪湖大桥主桥为外倾式拱肋的系杆拱桥。连接拱肋和主梁的吊杆和支撑拱肋的临时支架有多种施工顺序。采用空间有限元模型详细计算分析了不同吊杆张拉顺序以及拱肋临时支架拆除顺序下的拱桥结构受力情况,分析了吊杆和临时支架不同施工顺序对结构受力的影响情况,得到了较优的施工方法,对此类桥梁施工具有较大的参考价值。 A steel tied arch bridge with outward inclined ribs, the Aixihu Bridge, was constructed in Nan-chang City, Jiangxi Province. Various construction sequences can be used for the suspenders that connect the main girder and the arch rib, and the temporary support that supports the arch rib. Mechanical behaviors of the arch bridge with different construction sequences and temporary supports were calculated by using a spatial finite element model. The influence of different construction sequences and temporary support were analyzed. A relatively optimum construction method was provided, which can be as a reference to this type of bridge.
