摘要
试验证明 ,陶瓷球轴承是一种性能优良的高速主轴轴承。因使用了陶瓷材料 ,对轴承进行优化设计是发挥其性能的前提。轴承的工作游隙是影响其性能的关键因素之一。陶瓷轴承的游隙选择尚无标准。本文对陶瓷球轴承的工作游隙进行了深入分析和计算 ,为陶瓷轴承游隙的合理选取和修正提供依据。
Experiments have proved that ceramic ball bearings are very good for high speed spindles.Because of the use of ceramic materials,the optimized design of bearings is necessary to bring the good performances into full play.The working play of ceramic bearings is one of the key factors affecting the performances.At present there is not criterions using for the selection of working play of ball bearings.The working play of ceramic ball bearings are deeply analyzed and calculated in this paper.It is very helpful to the selection and correction of working play of ceramic ball bearings.
