摘要
以大连理工大学城市学院计算机科学与技术专业为例,探讨民办高校计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式。经过多年的改革与实践,基于民办高校计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式由以下要素组成:明确人才培养目标、构建服务于培养目标的培养方案、使培养方案得以顺利实施的教学质量监控和保障体系统、培养专业质量评价的社会成员评价机制及以1+N+M为代表的专业特色。
This paper aims to explore the personnel training mode for computer science and technology majors in private colleges with the instance of City Institute of Dalian University of Technology. The establishment of personnel training mode, through years of reform and practice, includes the following points:to make clear of the training objective, to formulate cultivation program, to establish teaching quality supervision and guarantee system, to form academic evaluation mechanism by experts. And these components embody the characteristics of "1 + N + M" in the personnel training mode.
