氧化应激在代谢综合征中的作用及中西医干预的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 代谢综合征是多种代谢异常发生在同一个体的一种临床状态,包括腹型肥胖（中心性肥胖）、糖耐量减低或糖尿病、高血压、脂代谢紊乱及其他相关的因素,如炎症和血栓前状态等。近年来,代谢综合征发病率明显增加,已成为备受关注的公共健康问题。氧化应激是指机体在内外环境有害刺激的作用下,氧化与抗氧化失衡并倾向于前者。体内活性氧簇（ROS）是氧代谢的高活性衍生物,ROS的生成增加和（或）清除能力降低会导致细胞和组织的生理病理反应。大量研究表明,氧化应激在代谢综合征的发病及进展过程中已成为一个重要角色,是代谢综合征发生和发展的重要原因之一。
