运用物料平衡和能量平衡关系 ,建立了石灰竖炉炉内反应与传热过程的数学模型与计算方法 ;利用现场检测和测定的各种参数 ,针对某厂 4m× 2 1m(直径×高 )石灰竖炉的炉内过程进行了具体的数值仿真计算与优化 ,研究了各操作参数对石灰石煅烧过程的影响规律 ;并据此提出 ,该石灰炉的最优操作条件为 :焦比 0 .0 75~ 0 .0 78,空气过剩系数 1.0 5~ 1.10 ,下料量 15~ 18t/h ;在此条件下 ,预热带、反应带、冷却带“三带”的长度比将接近
Based on mass and energy conservation, a mathematical model and numerical simulation method on the reactions and heat transfer in lime furnace has been developed. The numerical simulation of the processes in a furnace has been carried on by making use of the parameters measured on the spot. The factors of limestone calcination have been studied. The results show that the optimizing parameters of operation for lime furnace are: 0.075~0.078 for rate of carbon limestone, 1.05~1.10 for coefficient of combustion air, 15~18 t/h for limestone flux.Thus the ratio between three lengths in preheating, creating and cooling area would be approximately 2∶1∶1.
