摘要
针对碟式分离机向心泵进行流体动力学分析研究。通过建立碟式分离机向心泵有限元模型,利用数值计算流体动力学软件(CFX)模拟研究了向心泵结构对碟式分离机性能的影响。通过样机实验验证,表明利用数值计算流体动力学(CFD)可以有效指导向心泵的结构设计。
The fluid dynamics analysis of disc separator centripetal pump was studied in this paper. The finite element model of centripetal pump was established, the influence of centripetal pump structure on performance of disc separator was studied by numerical computational fluid dynamics software (CFX). The test of the sample machine proved that numerical computational fluid dy namics (CFD) could guide the design of centripetal pump effectively.
