摘要
目的观察槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗肾病综合征患儿体液免疫及细胞免疫变化。方法选择2011年6月～2012年6月住院的肾病综合征(NS)患儿,观察治疗组体液免疫及细胞免疫、血清白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、感染次数的情况。结果 1.第6个月时治疗组对体液免疫和细胞免疫均有显著作用(P<0.05),而在第4个月时治疗组对体液免疫有作用(P<0.05),对细胞免疫则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.两组之间治疗后患儿血浆白蛋白均增高,第1及第2个月,治疗组能明显升高血浆白蛋白(P<0.01),而第4及第6个月二组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3.治疗后两组间24 h尿蛋白定量较前均下降,第1、2个月两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第4、6个月两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒可增强抵抗力,减少感染次数,同时在升高血清白蛋白及降低尿蛋白方面有一定的作用。
Objective To observe the changes in humoral immunity and cellular immunity in chil- dren nephrotic syndrome（ NS） treated with Huaiqihuang Granules. Methods The NS inpatients were select- ed from June 2011 to June 2012. The humoral immunity, cellular immunity, serum albumin,24h urine protein and infection frequency were observed in Huaiqihuang Granules group. Results 1. In the 6th month, the sig- nificant effects were achieved on humoral immunity and cellular immunity in Huaiqihuang Granules group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the 4th month, the effect was indicated on humoral immunity （ P 〈 0.05 ）, rather than cellular immunity（P 〉 0.05 ）in Huaiqihuang Granules group. 2. The level of plasma albumin was increased after treatment in the two groups. In the 1st and 2rid months ,the level of plasma albumin was increased apparently in Huaiqihuang Granules group（P 〈 0.01 ）. But the difference was not significant in the 4th and 6th months between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. 3. The level of 24h urine protein was reduced after treatment in the two groups as compared with that before treatment. The difference was significant in the 1st and 2ud months be- tween the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. But the difference was not significant in the 4th and 6th months between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huaiqihuaug Granules intensifies body resistance, reduces infection frequency and plays a certain effect of increasing serum albumin and reducing urine protein.
