摘要
为了在百合种球繁育过程中筛选出合适的栽培基质和施肥配比,在鳞片籽球到小籽球阶段,采用3种基质(泥炭:蛭石=1:1,蘑菇菌渣:蛭石=1:1,玉米秸秆:蛭石=1:1)及3种施肥配比(N:P:K=15:5:10,N:P:K=10:5:15,N:P:K=10:5:10),对3种百合栽培品种(‘索邦’、‘西伯利亚’、‘马龙’)的植株形态、叶绿素含量,地下籽球大小及可溶性碳水化物和干物质含量进行了观察和测定。结果表明,基质和施肥均显著影响籽球生长,且两者存在明显的互作效应;综合考虑百合植株形态、地下鳞茎大小和生理生化性质等因素,‘索邦’和‘马龙’百合的最佳栽培基质和施肥配比组合为玉米秸秆:蛭石=1:1+N:P:K=10:5:15,‘西伯利亚’百合的最佳栽培基质和施肥配比组合为玉米秸秆:蛭石=1:1+N:P:K=15:5:10。
Three kinds of different media (peat∶vermiculite=1∶1;mushroom dregs∶vermiculite=1∶1;corn stalk∶vermiculite=1∶1)and fertilizing proportion(N∶P∶K=15∶5∶10,N∶P∶K=10∶5∶15,N∶P∶K=10∶5∶10)were used in Lily Sorbonne,Lily Siberia and Lily Marlon,during the growth period of scale bulb lets to small bulb lets,and the plant morphology,chlorophyll content,the size of bulb lets underground,the soluble carbohydrate as well as the dry matter of the lilies were observed,measured and recorded which was in order to find out the best growing media and fertilizing proportion in this paper.The results showed that different medium and fertilizing proportion had significant influence on the growth of lily bulb lets.Taking their plant morphologies,the size of bulb lets underground,the physiological and biochemical index and other relative factors into consideration,the best condition for both Lily Sorbonne and Lily Marlon were the corn stalk∶vermiculite=1∶1+N∶P∶K=10∶5∶15.Lily Siberia performed best under the same medium corn stalk∶vermiculite=1∶1 plus fertilizing proportion of N∶P∶K=15∶5∶10.
