摘要
范永升教授认为,蒲公英清热解毒作用和缓,质轻无毒,兼能养阴和胃,可以清理狼疮余毒、延缓发作且不伤正气;热毒是贯穿于狼疮始终的基本病机,根据病程不同发展阶段热毒的轻重合理选择清热解毒药物有重要意义;蒲公英对于狼疮皮疹、轻型狼疮、狼疮缓解期以及狼疮伴有胃部疾病者,有较好的治疗作用,配合西药应用则能"增效解毒"。
Dandelion is consists of the dried whole plant of feverfew, taraxacum sinicum Kitag or several related species of the Family Composite, which is cold-natured, flavour bitter and sweet, into the liver, stomach.Professor Fan Yongsheng considers that the effect of dandelion cleating away heat and toxic material is mild, light quality, innocuity that can raise Yin and harmonize stomach, clear remnant poison, delay to recur and to be harmful to healthy atmosphere, toxic heat penetrate the basic pathogenesis of lupus all the time, to select reasonable drug which is heat-clearing and detoxicating has very important meaning. Dandelion has a good treatment effect for lupus rash, light lupus, period of lupus remission and lupus with stomach disease, and playing a synergism and detoxification role in combining with western medicine application.
