摘要
分析我国木质家具对美国出口现状,阐述《雷斯法案修正案》对我国木质家具出口的影响。目前该修正案对我国木质家具出口的影响不明显,但是影响会随着其进一步实施而加深;并从政府、家具行业协会和木质家具企业三方面就如何应对《雷斯法案修正案》提出了建议。
This paper analyzed the current situation of wooden furniture exported from China to the US.On this basis,discussed the effects that Lacey Act Amendments brought to China＇s wooden furniture export,and concluded that its ramification is not significant at present,but will build up over time with its further implementation.Finally,the author provided some countermeasures on how to cope with Lacey Act Amendments from the perspectives of Chinese government,industry association,and the enterprises.
