摘要
凤滩电厂3号机组导叶套筒存在严重漏水现象。经检查发现套筒大量漏水主要是导叶中轴套磨损造成的,为此必须更换导叶中轴套。针对由于生产厂家设计缺陷造成的中轴套无法更换的问题,通过合理改进套筒结构,使更换中轴套变得简单易行。此外,中轴套专用安装工具的制作,保证了安装质量,也提高了中轴套更换工作的效率。通过采取更换中轴套、导叶密封条,添加密封橡皮板等措施,成功消除了套筒漏水量大的现象,保证了机组安全运行。
The guide vane bushing of No.3 unit in Fengtan hydropower plant has serous water leakage phenomenon. After the inspection it is found that the abrasion of intermediate shaft sleeve of guide vane is the reason of water leakage, which leads to the replacement of the intermediate shaft sleeve. To the problem that the intermediate shaft sleeve cannot be replaced because of the design defeat of the manufacture, the structure of the bushing is reasonably modified to make the intermediate shaft sleeve easy and simple to be replaced. A special installation tool is made to guarantee the quality of installation and improve efficiency of replacement work. The water leakage phenomenon of the bushing is eliminated successfully and guarantees the secure operation of the unit after replacement of intermediate shaft sleeve and seal strip of guide vane and addition of rubble seal board.
