摘要
在市场需求分析的基础上设计了一种以单片机为核心元件的自动化程度较高的具有自动校准和动态修正补偿功能的汽车高压点火线束电阻检测台。介绍了系统的工作流程、工作原理、硬件电路及软件算法。实际运行结果证明:该检测台不仅能大大提高生产检测的效率和精度,减轻检测工人的劳动强度,而且能降低了生产成本,对发展具有我国自主知识产权的汽车高压点火线束的检测设备具有重要意义。
On the basis of market demand analysis, an resistance test-bed for automobile high- voltage ignition wire harness, which takes MCU as core component, and has high automation, automatic calibration and dynamic compensation function, is designed in this study. Its workflow, acquisition principle, hardware circuit and software algorithm are introduced in detail. The initial application of the test-bed has gained good effects. The practical running has proved that it can not only highly improve the productivity and accuracy, but also reduce the labor intensity, and cut down the cost of production. With the high automatic system, this test-bed is very important to develop the test equipment for automobile high-voltage ignition wire harness with self-owned intellectual property rights.
