摘要 传统牛头刨床的返程为空行程,致使其工作效率大大降低,造成了时间与能源的浪费。针对该问题,在传统牛头刨床的刀架上添加反向刨刀,通过电磁铁控制正、反刨刀的更换,实现了对传统牛头刨床回程的有效利用,提高了刨床的工作效率和加工精度,为刨床的技术改进提供了支持。 Traditional Shaper return trip is a kind of idle motion, therefore it will lead to low efficiency and will waste a lot of time and energy. How to use the return trip of the planer is an important way to improve the efficiency. This paper introduces a method of how to add the reverse plane tool on the traditional shaper and the replacement of two knives is controlled by electromagnet and then the backhaul of traditional shaper will be effectively used to improve the efficiency and to obtain the high precision of planer. Therefore, the results of this paper will improve the performance of planer technology.
