摘要
通过垃圾CFB焚烧实验,研究了垃圾焚烧产生烟气的生成机理及排放特性,得到了焚烧过程中床层温度、过量空气系数等参数对酸性烟气排放的影响。垃圾的CFB焚烧酸性烟气排放的实验结果表明:随床层温度的增加,烟气中NO、SO2、HCl排放浓度增加;随过量空气系数的增加,烟气中NO排放浓度开始增加迅速之后趋于平缓,SO2排放浓度增加,HCl排放浓度减小;随钙硫比的增加,烟气中NO排放浓度增加,SO2的排放浓度减小,HCl的排放浓度减小。
In the experiment of MSW incineration by CFB, the essay studies the formation mechanism and emission characteristics of the flue gas released by MSW incineration to clarify the influence of parameters such as the bed temperature and excess air ratio on acidic flue gas emission in the process of incineration. The experiment shows that with the increase of the bed temperature, the emission concentrations of NO, SO2 and HCI increase; with the increase of excess air ratio, the emission concentration of NO increases rapidly then turns to gentle, SO2increases and HCI decreases; with the increase of calcium sulfur ratio, the emission concentration of NO increases, SO2and HCI decrease.
