经关节镜下手术结合早期康复训练治疗急性髌骨脱位的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察经关节镜下手术结合早期康复训练治疗急性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法:急性髌骨脱位患者39例,随机分为观察组19例和对照组20例。2组均行关节镜下外侧支持带松解术及内侧支持带紧缩缝合术,观察组术后配合早期康复训练;对照组术后早期石膏固定,3周后开始康复训练。治疗前、术后6和12个月后分别给予膝关节功能Lysholm量表和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评定。结果:术后6个月,2组的Lysholm评分均较治疗前显著提高(均P<0.05),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05),2组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.05),而2组间比较差异无统计学意义。术后12个月,2组Lysholm评分均较治疗前及治疗后6个月明显提高(均P<0.01),VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:急性髌骨脱位经手术治疗结合早期康复训练,可加强髌骨稳定性,改善早期膝关节功能,减少习惯性髌骨脱位并发症。
