高效加工与刀具应用技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 公司大量投资数控设备但效能较低,并未达到预期效果。根据数控设备性能特点,对不同品牌数控刀具进行工艺试验,优化切削参数,发挥数控设备和数控刀具性能,延长了数控刀具使用寿命,大幅度提高了加工效率,降低了加工成本,缩短了产品生产周期,又实现了节能减排。
