摘要
采用相对切削加工分析法分析钛合金难加工性及影响钛合金车削加工的因素。通过刀具材料、角度选择、切削要素和热处理方法的制定,提高车削钛合金的切削性及零件加工质量。
To use the cutting analysis analyses the difficuh of titanium alloy machining and influence factors of titanium alloy processing. Through the cutting tool material, angle, cutting elements and heat treatment method of making, the character of turning titanium alloy and the machining quality of parts are improved.
