摘要
从开拓运输主业、发展多种经营的角度出发,介绍了国外铁路运输商业化改革的作法,并借鉴国外改革经验,对中国铁路改革提出了几点看法。
The practice of commercialization reform for overseas railway transportation business is introduced from the angle of promoting the main business of transportation and developing the diversified operations. Some views are put forward for China's railway reform by using the experiences of overseas reform for reference.
