摘要
综述了20年来我国铁路科技取得的成绩,分析了加快铁路技术创新的必要性、紧迫性,介绍了铁道部加快铁路技术升级的总体思路、重点任务及标志工程,以及加快铁路产业升级的部署。
The scientific and technological progress as well as the results over the past 20 years in China' s railway sector are summarized. The promotion for the high and new technology of the developed countries to the railway industry , the gap of railway equipment and technology in China and the implications of China' s entry into WTO are analyzed. The overall train of thoughts for raising the technical level of railway transportation industry with advanced technology, the emphasis orientation and the main policies to be formulated by the railway sector are elaborated.
