摘要
随着高等教育招生规模连续扩大,大学生的就业问题已成为了民生关注的热点问题。本文通过分析高校职业指导工作的重要性及目前高校职业指导的现状,提出了从完善职业指导机制和课程体系设置、加强师资队伍建设及个性化职业指导的开展等方面来加强高校职业指导工作。
With the continuous expansion of higher education enrollment, employment of college students has become a hot issue to the people＇s livelihood. By analyzing the importance and current situation of career guidance in college, this paper proposes that the career guidance of college could be enhanced by perfecting the mechanisms and curriculum system, strengthening the teaching staff and carrying out personalized career guidance.
