摘要
目的研究分析抗高血压药物的临床应用情况。方法对我院住院部2010年~2012年抗高血压药物的临床使用情况进行总结,分析各年度抗高血压药物的应用品种、用药金额以及用药频次（DDDs）。结果总体抗高血压药物的销售金额日益上升,高血压药物品种排在前三位的依次是钙通道拮抗剂（CCB）、β受体阻断剂以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）,单药物用药金额和用药频次在排序中占据前三位的是左旋氨氯地平,硝苯地平缓释片,依那普利。结论我院住院部高血压药物应用最多的品种是CCB类,符合中国高血压防治指南的标准。
Objective To study the analysis of antihypertensive drug clinical application. Methods The clinical data from 2010 to 2012 inpatient department of antihypertensive drug summarize clinical use, this paper analyzes the annual antihypertensive drug application Varieties, amount and drug use frequency （DDDs）. Results The overall antihypertensive drug sales amount is increasing day by day, high blood pressure drug varieties the top three in turn is calcium channel antagonists （CCB）, beta blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI）, single drug use amount and use frequency in the sorting of the top three is left-handed amlodipine, nifedipine, enalaprilat. Conclusion Our in-patient department high blood pressure drug application most varieties are CCB class, the prevention and control of hypertension guidelines in China standard.
