12例舌癌的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨舌癌的临床治疗和效果。方法对我院2009年1月至2011年12月收治的12例舌癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 12例患者均顺利完成手术,行颌下、颈淋巴清扫8例,颈清加气切4例,游离皮瓣移植2例。舌体癌生存率明显高于舌根癌,舌癌原发灶切除术增加手术安全缘可减少术后复发。结论舌癌患者无论是否存在颈部淋巴结转移,均应行颈部淋巴结清扫术,早期以手术治疗为主,手术尽可能的保留下颌骨的连续性,及时行皮瓣移植修复,晚期以综合治疗为主,早期发现及治疗对提高舌癌患者的生存质量和生存率具有重要意义。
