摘要
目的对床边护理与传统护理两种不同的护理查房模式的具体效果进行比较,旨在提高护理查房的效果。方法随机抽取我院从2011年11月至2012年11月收治的患者456例,按照住院顺序将这456例患者编号,单号为观察组,对其实施床边护理;双号为对照组,对其进行传统护理。利用整体护理查房的质量评分标准分别对对照组与实验组的护理进行评分。然后对两个小组的结果进行比较分析。结果床边护理的查房效果要明显高于传统护理查房模式,且P<0.001。结论床边护理查房模式和传统的护理模式相比可以为患者提供更好的护理,可以有效地减少患者在医院治疗期间的其他并发症,帮助患者尽早康复。同时,还可以提高护士的能力。因此,床边护理查房模式有推广的价值。
Objective To compare the effect of bedside nursing and conventional nursing care of two different nursing ward round mode, in order to improve the effect of nursing rounds. Methods 456 cases of patients in a hospital from 2011 November to 2012 randomly selected from a hospital in November admitted to the hospital, and then in accordance with the order of these 456 patients number, number of the observation group, the implementation of bedside nursing; even as control group, conventional nursing on the. Conclusion Bedside nursing ward round model can provide better care for patients and compared with the traditional nursing mode, can effectively reduce the treatment of patients with other complications during the hospital, help patients recover as soon as possible. At the same time, also can improve the ability of nurses. Therefore, bedside nursing ward round model has the value of promotion.
