摘要
本文在对建设项目成本控制过程中的风险因素进行分析的基础上，利用概率论、线性回归 和其它管理理论的有关知识建立了相关的数学模型，由此通过计算确定出项目成本控制风险管理 的关键因素，并提出了相应的管理策略。
In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the risk attributes of the project cost control,the knowledge about the probability theory,linear regression and the other management theory is applied to establish the mathematical models concerned.The critical attributes of the risk management of the project cost control are determined by calculating.The corresponding management strategy is also offered.
