摘要
在基础教育改革的今天,保育员的专业化成长有促进我国幼儿教育事业的发展、满足家长对园保育工作的要求、提高保育员自身素质等重大意义。目前存在着保育员素质普遍较低和社会地位低等问题影响其专业化的发展,笔者就如何提高保育员的整体素质和社会地位提出了几点建议。
In today＇s basic education reform, the professional development of nursery governesses has such important sig- nificanccs as promoting the development of nursery education in our country, meeting parents＇ demands on child care work in kindergartens and improving the self-quality of nursery governesses. At present, the quality of nursery governesses is gen- erally low and they have a low social status, which impedes their professional development. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve their overall quality and social status.
