本文介绍了分形及分维的一些基本概念.对分形理论在构造地质、石油地质、矿产地质、准晶态研究等方面的应用作了简单介绍,显示出分形理论在地学中有广阔的应用前景.
The paper gives a brief introduction to some basic concepts of fractal and fractal dimension. It also briefly presents the application of fractal theory in structural geology,oil geology.mineral geology and quasicrystal research. The prospects of application of fractal theory in geology are also described in the paper.
