摘要
采用等温蒸发法研究三元体系NaCl-Na2B4O7-H2O在288K时介稳相平衡及其溶液物化性质(密度和pH),根据实验研究结果,绘制该三元体系的介稳相图和平衡溶液物化性质-组成图。研究结果表明:该三元体系有1个共饱点(NaCl+Na2B4O7.10H2O)、2条单变量溶解度曲线和2个单盐结晶区,2个结晶区分别对应为NaCl和Na2B4O7.10H2O,其中Na2B4O7.10H2O结晶区大而NaCl结晶区较小。该体系属水合物I型,既没有发生脱水现象,也没有复盐和固溶体产生。
The metastable phase equilibria and the physicochemical properties including density and pH of the ternary system NaC1-Na2 B4 O7-H20 at 288 K have been investigated by the isothermal evaporation method. Based on the experimental data, the metastable phase equilibrium diagram and physicochemical properties versus composition diagrams have also been drawn. The metastable diagram showed that there are one eutectic point for(NaCl+Na2B4O7.10H2O), two univariant curves, and two crystallization regions corresponding to the large area of borax (NaCl+Na2B4O7.10H2O) and the relative small area of sodium chloride (NaC1). This system belongs to hydrate type I, and neither dehydration phenomenon nor double salts and solid solution was found in the system.
